KR Art To Wear

I create Wearable Art for the woman who is passionate about her individuality.

Each design is as unique as the woman who wears it.

Using natural fibers such as silk, cotton and bamboo as my base, I dye the fabrics using multiple techniques. I favor the ancient Japanese  art of Shibori. This serendipitous technique yields delight and surprise with each unfolding.

Inspired by the beauty and absence of repetition in nature, I mimic the random lines of muted driftwood and the layers of canyons. My color inspiration comes from the richness of the red earth to the brilliance of sea creatures. My combinations of design and color are far from the mundane direction of fashion today. Each garment stands out like the woman who wears it.
